Who is behind The Phoenix Palms?
I'm Tamara Tashna, a Caribbean American artist who infuses each piece with the vibrancy and soul of the African Diaspora. From intricate block prints to soulful portraits, each artwork is created to tell a story and bring beauty to your space.

What type of paper are your art prints printed on?
Our art prints are produced on premium Hahnemühle German Etching paper (310 gsm), featuring:
- Distinct velvety matte finish with a luxurious felt texture
- Fade-resistant inks ensuring long-lasting vibrancy

Blanket Throws
What are the specifications of your blanket throws?
Our blanket throws are crafted from soft, high-quality cotton yarn and available in:
- Throw: 50x60 inches
- Full/Queen: 60x80 inches
How should I care for my blanket throw?
Care instructions:
- Machine wash on delicate cycle
- Tumble dry low or air dry
- Note: The blanket gets softer with each wash
Ordering & Processing
How long does processing take?
All orders take 3-10 business days to process before shipping. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

After placing your order:

- You'll receive shipping confirmation

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping within the United States via USPS.
How are items packaged?
We take great care in packaging:
- Unframed prints ship in protective tubes
- Framed prints and canvases ship in sturdy boxes
- All items are packaged securely to ensure safe delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, The Phoenix Palms ships both within the United States and internationally.
Returns & Replacements
What is your return policy?
As our prints and frames are custom-made to order according to your specifications, all sales are final and non-returnable.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged:

- Include photos of both the damaged item AND the packaging
- We will promptly send a replacement print via express shipping
What if my order is lost in transit?
While we are not responsible for transit delays, we will send a replacement if an item is:
- Confirmed lost
- Significantly delayed beyond reasonable transit times

We guarantee the quality of our products. If your print arrives with any defects:
